Everyday in the Mahnomen area, lives of friends, family members, neighbors, and co-workers are at risk of injury, disease, accidents, and other forms of illness. Mahnomen Health Center exists to address these healthcare needs, but costs associated with operating the hospital are high.
The Mahnomen Health Center (MHC) Foundation has been established to help the hospital meet its objective of providing modern healthcare services for area residents. A non-profit organization, the MHC Foundation's main purpose is to send financial gifts to help fund hospital services, programs, and equipment.
By contributing to MHC Foundation, people help to ensure that modern equipment and highly-trained staff will be available locally to reduce suffering, alleviate fears, and treat disease or injury. The MHC Foundation encourages many types of gifts, including:
- Annual gifts
- Wills and Bequests
- Major Individual Gifts
- Memorial Gifts
- General Contributions
- Gifts to the MHC Foundation are tax deductible if you itemize your return.
The MHC Foundation is the people's response to the challenges brought about by medical progress. Positive change requires an investment in the future and a gift to the MHC Foundation is an investment in quality of life now and in the years to come for our area residents, family, friends, co-workers and community visitors.
The MHC Foundation is the investment center for advancing healthcare in the Mahnomen County area. For more information about the MHC Foundation, Contact MHC CEO/Administrator, Sue Klabo at (218) 935-2511.
